Who we are

CampHostJobs (camphostjobs.com) is operated by TilyD Enterprises Ltd., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about this policy or about your information go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Job searches. Searching and reading listings needs no account and collects nothing about you.
• Forms. When you post a job, ask for a free listing, add your campground's link, send feedback or contact us, we receive what you type in the form, usually your name, email address, organization and message, and the time you sent it.
• Visit statistics. We count visits with Matomo, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
• Spam check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for that purpose, under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use what you send to review and publish job posts and listing changes, and to reply to you. Job details you ask us to publish appear on the site; your own contact details are not published unless they are part of the listing you ask us to show. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Applying for jobs

You apply on the employer's own site, not through CampHostJobs. Their privacy policy covers what you send them.

Where it is kept and for how long

Form messages are kept in our email for as long as we need them for the listing or the correspondence.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
