What we found: June 4, 2024 council minutes rescind a prior August 2023 order that allowed an appointed Civic Center RV host/monitor to park an RV free in return for service. This proves the city has used an exchange arrangement but also explicitly records its termination. Do not list the named person's former appointment as an opening or assume the city has renewed the program. The appropriate next step is asking Civic Center administration whether a replacement host model now exists.
