What we found: Heartland publishes concrete recreation-related jobs beyond campground hosting. Its year-round page recruits horse/ropes/archery/lifeguard activity facilitators and retreat housekeepers, with direct departmental resume emails. It also describes a summer driver transporting climbing-wall and horse trailers to regional programs. The checked hourly starting rates are $15 for activities and housekeeping, while the trailer-driver example starts at $450 weekly. These roles belong to an operating camp/retreat ministry, but this page does not promise residential housing. Applicants should distinguish flexible local shifts from a seasonal position that could suit a traveling worker.
