About TATLA LAKE / Tatl'ah

This scenic rec site is located on the slopes above Tatla Lake set in an open grassland and aspen forest. The site is a popular destination for enjoying a picnic or going fishing, although the approach to the boat launch is somewhat steep and not suitable for large units.

INDIGENOUS TERRITORY: Tatla Lake is situated within the traditional and unceded territory of the Tsilhqot'in (pronounced "sil-ko-teen") Nation. The Tsilhqot'in name for this place is "Tatl'ah". Source: https://tsilhqotin.ca

Getting there

From Williams Lake travel west along Hwy 20 for approximately 210 km. The recreation site is located about 10 km east of the Tatla Lake community, and is accessed via a short road off the north side of Hwy 20.
