About Vedder Mountain

The Vedder Mountain Interpretive Forest is a forested area within Vedder Mountain with an elevation of 924 m / 3031 ft at its centre. Vedder Mountain is located with the centre of Cultus Lake to the east, Sumas Mountain to the northwest and Greendale Valley to the north.

Vedder Mountain contains an abundance of popular trail networks designed for motorized and non-motorized activities; therefore ensure you know the trails and what activities they are designed for.

Getting there

Off of Trans-Canada Hwy heading South on Vedder Road for +/- 5.5 km. Will then merge onto Vedder Mountain Road for +/- 7.1 km. Then heading south again on Cultus Lake Road for +/- 2.3 km which will merge onto Columbia Valley Road for +/- 3.8 km and onto Parmenter Road for +/- 6.0 km. Next onto Vedder Mountain Forest Service Road for +/- 3.6 km. You will then be at the head of the trail access.
